Boasting fast recycling times of 0.01-0.9 seconds, the AD600Pro II supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 seconds and flash durations from 1/220 to 1/11,760 seconds. In freeze mode, durations range from 1/2570 to 1/20,400 seconds, ideal for capturing fast action.

Adjustable Bi-Colour LED Modelling Light
The 40W LED modelling lamp offers adjustable bi-colour CCT from 2800 to 6000K, perfect for previewing lighting setups or as a fill light for video.
