The enhanced Godox DP400III-V 400W Flash Head from Godox is a full-featured 400Ws monolight with a COB LED modelling lamp and ample professional features. The head has a colour temperature of 5600K, a fast recycle time to the full power of just 1 second, and flash durations from 1/800 to an action-stopping 1/2000 sec. Power is variable from 1/64 to full 1/1 power, while the DP400III-V's new 10W LED modelling can be set to a percentage or proportional to the flash power to allow you to accurately preview your final shot.
All of these functions can not only be made manually on the unit but also wirelessly via the head's built-in 2.4GHz X System receiver. Remote operation requires a separate purchase of an X2T, XPro, XT32, or FT-16 transmitter, which will provide wireless control of power, modelling light, and ready beep signal. The DP400III-V has a Bowens front accessory mount that makes it compatible not only with Godox light shapers but with those made by the many manufacturers who use this popular mount.
With the built-in Godox wireless X system, the upgraded DPIII-V series studio flash has a faster recycle time, a Bowens mount making it compatible with various studio flash accessories and an LED modelling lamp that doesn't produce much heat and offers a more accurate continuous light. The DPIII-V series studio flashes are ideal light sources for portrait, fashion, family and product photography.
